The He Huringa Ora o Wāhine program operates on a rolling enrolment which means you can start at any time.  We offer ongoing opportunities for work experience, job search assistance, and career pathway coaching for up to 6 months as required.  

Timetabled within school hours we welcome both kōhine and wāhine.

The program offers:

• NO FEES
• Free transport to and from the training center
• An understanding of your personal qualities and transferrable skills
• Core aspects of cultural identity
• A personalised individual learning plan
• Confidence in yourself and personal growth
• CV preparation and life goal planning
• Practice of interview skills and preparation for the work force
• Weaving techniques that connect artistry, heritage and personal growth
• Financial literacy and budgeting
• Basic First Aid
