Breaking the Cycle

A Course for Real Life Change

  

Helping people understand the past, take control of the present, and build a healthier future.


Many people carry the effects of difficult life experiences such as conflict in relationships, anger, rejection, disappointment, or unhealthy patterns learned over time. This course provides a safe and supportive environment where people can begin to understand these influences and learn practical ways to move forward.


Our goal is to help people build confidence, resilience, and healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges, leading to stronger relationships with family, whānau, and others.


We welcome and respect people from all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, recognising the unique experiences each person brings.

The course looks at common life experiences that can influence behaviour, including:

  • Feelings such as shame, guilt, grief, regret, or disappointment
  • The need to control situations or people
  • Overwhelming emotions that feel difficult to manage.
